Important: By downloading, installing, or using Photo2Pc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Photo2Pc mobile application ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Photo2Pc is a photo and video backup application that enables you to:
- Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone to your computer over local Wi-Fi network
- Organize backups by time or album
- Manage backup sessions and track progress
- Access premium features through subscription
Important: Photo2Pc requires a companion desktop application installed on your computer to function. The desktop software is available at photo2pc.com.
3. User Requirements
To use Photo2Pc, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Have a compatible iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later
- Have a computer (PC or Mac) with the Photo2Pc desktop software installed
- Have both devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network
- Grant necessary permissions (photo library access, local network access)
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 Free Version
- Limited to backing up 2,000 photos and videos per session
- All basic backup features included
- No credit card required
4.2 Premium Subscriptions
We offer the following subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renews
- Yearly Subscription: Billed annually, auto-renews (best value)
- Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment, no renewal
4.3 Premium Features
- Unlimited photo and video backups
- Select specific months to backup (time mode)
- Priority customer support
- All future premium features
4.4 Payment and Billing
- All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
4.5 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by:
- Going to Settings on your iPhone
- Tapping your name → Subscriptions
- Selecting Photo2Pc and choosing Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not have access to or control over Apple's refund process.
To request a refund:
Refund requests are typically processed within 48 hours by Apple.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the Service to backup copyrighted content you don't own or have permission to backup
- Maintain the security of your device and Apple ID
- Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your computer for backups
- Keep both the mobile app and desktop software updated
7. Data and Privacy
Your Photos Stay Private:
- All photo and video transfers occur directly between your iPhone and your computer over your local Wi-Fi network
- We do not upload, store, access, or view your photos or videos
- We do not have servers that store your media content
- Your photos never leave your private network

8. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Photo2Pc and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- That defects will be corrected
- That the Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruption or unavailability
- Errors or inaccuracies in content
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Loss or corruption of backed-up photos or videos
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We recommend keeping multiple copies of important photos and videos.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photo2Pc, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
12. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
- Change subscription prices with 30 days notice
- Update features and functionality
- Terminate your access if you violate these Terms
Active subscriptions will continue to be honored until the end of the current billing period.
13. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For payment processing and subscription management
- RevenueCat: For subscription infrastructure
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- If negotiation fails, binding arbitration or small claims court
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending an in-app notification for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Photo2Pc regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

4.4 付款和计费
- 所有付款均通过 Apple App Store 处理

- 确认购买时，将从您的 Apple ID 账户中扣款
- 订阅会自动续订，除非在当前期间结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订

4.5 管理订阅

5. 退款政策
所有购买均通过 Apple App Store 处理，并受 Apple 退款政策的约束。我们无法访问或控制 Apple 的退款流程。
要申请退款：
退款申请通常在 48 小时内由 Apple 处理。
6. 用户责任
您同意：
- 仅将服务用于合法目的
- 不尝试对应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编
- 不使用服务备份您不拥有或无权备份的受版权保护的内容
- 维护设备和 Apple ID 的安全

7. 数据和隐私
您的照片保持私密：

- 我们没有存储您的媒体内容的服务器
- 您的照片永远不会离开您的私人网络

8. 知识产权

重要提示： 您有责任维护自己的备份。我们建议保留重要照片和视频的多个副本。
11. 赔偿
您同意赔偿并使 Photo2Pc、其关联公司及其各自的高级职员、董事、员工和代理人免受因以下原因产生的任何索赔、损害、损失、责任和费用（包括法律费用）：
- 您使用服务
- 您违反本条款
- 您侵犯任何其他方的权利
- 您违反任何适用的法律或法规
12. 服务修改和终止
我们保留以下权利：
- 随时修改、暂停或终止服务
- 提前 30 天通知更改订阅价格
- 更新功能和功能
